The 3HO community encourages and supports a lifestyle designed so that every individual can face any challenge in our everchanging world. Coming together to do yoga, meditate, and serve one another facilitates growth as individuals and as part of a spiritual community. The 3HO Foundation was established by Yogi Bhajan January 5,1969.

The 3HO Foundation International facilitates networking amoung our global 3HO communities and hostes Summer and Winter Solstice Sadhana Celebrations.3HO is a non-profit educational foundation 501(c)3 NPO and a Non Governmental Organization (NGO) in consultative status with the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) of the United Nations. IKYTA, International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association, is the professional organization for Kundalini Yoga teachers globally.

Kundalini Research Institute
Established on February 1, 1972 by Yogi Bhajan, Ph.D., the Kundalini Research Institute is entrusted with the teachings of Yogi Bhajan. KRI safeguards the purity, integrity, and accuracy of the teachings of Yogi Bhajan, developes the three levels of International Kundalini Yoga Teacher Certification and preserves the teachings legacy.
