POSTURE
The hands are resting in your lap or knees.
EYES
Eyes are closed and mentally focusing on your breathing.
MUDRA
The hands are resting in your lap or knees.
MANTRA
Amen means “so be it”. Amen is the opening, holding and completing of trust in the process. Connecting our breath with the singing of Amen we are able to relax, heal and create inner connection.
BREATHING
Long deep breathing at your own pace. Slowly inhale where your belly expands out as you fill your lungs with oxygen. Exhale slowly as you release the breath out through the noise and your belly is pulled into the back of your back.
TO END
Inhale and exhale deeply…sit quietly and be with yourself as you return to your natural breathing.
TIMING
3 or 7 minutes daily.
