Rice Fields & Food Forests

Tarn Taran Singh and I were received with so much love, kindness can caring at Subak Tabola Villa in Sidemen, Bali last December. Ni Kettu Sukarmiati, the radiant and caring director, greeted us with, “Welcome Home.”

Here I am sitting on the balcony overlooking the mature food forest garden, we were in paradise.

The vegetarian curries and local specialties were incredibly delicious, with freshly harvested vegetables and herbs. The menu selection was veg and non-veg.
